PAR has scheduled maintenance at 10:30 PM PST on 9/21/2021 for Brink POS that will last approximately 2 hours. On occasion PAR conducts routine maintenance on our infrastructure to help ensure that we provide you with the highest level of performance, security, and reliability.

This maintenance update corrects an issue in the Sales Summary Report related to Future Orders that caused Deposits Accepted to be incorrectly reported a second time, on the day the order was fulfilled. We have deemed it necessary to implement this update quickly.  

Please note that the web portal, web API, and register to cloud synchronization will be unavailable for 2 hours. In-store operations in offline mode will continue to be available throughout the maintenance period. Registers should reconnect to the cloud at the end of the maintenance with no interruption.

We will notify you once the maintenance is complete and you are able to fully resume normal operations.
