Boost Throughput and Order Accuracy with Enhanced Drive-Thru Experience:
Sleek order preview panels let staff view and validate up to 8 orders at once. No more manual searches or “Is this your order?” moments.
Tablet-optimized drag & drop functionality simplifies order re-sequencing. Move orders, save spots, and keep organized on the fly.
Seamlessly integrate own and 3rd-party orders into drive-thru lanes to streamline pick-ups and eliminate the need for a dedicated register.

- Unlock Guest Insights More Seamlessly:
Encourage guest feedback with a simple QR code scan on their receipt.
Print Qualtrics survey codes on receipts to collect valuable guest data and fuel informed decisions, staff accountability, and operational improvement.
Gain clearer insight into business revenues and profitability with the new Sales per labor hour report, now based on net sales.

- Ease Administrative Burdens for Operators & Managers:
Improved in-store resilience through architecture optimization. Now, if the primary register fails, the backup takes over without dependence on above store services, ensuring seamless store operations even if there’s an internet outage.*
Seamlessly schedule pay rate adjustments in advance to eliminate manual errors, better manage budgets, and provide workplace equity for staff.
Update and publish item prices across channels and locations simultaneously, minimizing time-consuming updates and inaccuracies.

*We will not be enabling the backup primary feature with your 5.0L deployment. We will advise when a maintenance has been scheduled to enable this feature.

'Round Up for Charity' on Verifone devices eliminates the need for cashier prompts, letting guests donate at checkout, hassle-free.
Clocking an employee in and out is no longer tied to register login/logout. Reduce staff confusion and service interruptions for more productive shifts.
Prevent miscommunication and keep guests happy by customizing the "promise time" label on kitchen chits to provide estimated times instead of precise guarantees.

• The web portal, web API, and Brink POS terminal application will be unavailable for 2 hours.
• To avoid interruptions, please do not manually reboot your registers during your deployment.
• After your deployment is complete, in-store registers will be unavailable for up to 1-2 minutes while they reconnect to the server.
